TERVEZÉSI SZIGORLAT / COMPLEX EXAM

Szigorlat menete

1. A Középülettervezési Tanszék a következő szigorlat helyszínét 5 munkanappal a szigorlat megkezdése előtt a szigorlati TEAMS csatornán meghirdeti.

2. A vizsgát megelőzően Teams felület kerül előkészítésre a jelentkezett vizsgázók számára, mely helyet biztosít a feltöltésekhez, meghívva a hallgatókat együttműködésre. A vizsgázók az itt elhelyezett kérdés–válaszok dokumentumot használva a tehetik fel később a kérdéseiket.

3. A teljes kiírás meghirdetésre kerül a szigorlat számára létrehozott Teams felületen. A vizsga kezdő napján.

4. A szigorlat első napján a Középülettervezési Tanszék 8:00-kor eligazítást tart a Teams felületen meghirdetett videokonferencián, melyre a meghívót előző nap meghirdeti. Ellenőrzik a személyazonosságokat, a hallgatók által felmutatott fényképes személyazonossági segítségével, elmagyarázzák a szigorlat mentét.

5. A hallgatók a szigorlat első napján 10:00 óráig kérdéseket tehetnek fel írásban a megosztott kérdés–válaszok dokumentum segítségével a Teams felületén keresztül.

6. A Középülettervezési Tanszék ezután 12:00-ig megválaszolja a kérdéseket magyar és szükség esetén angol nyelven.

7. Otthoni munkavégzés lehetséges. Első nap éjfélig a szigorlatozó hallgatók kötelesek az addigi munkájuk munkaközi anyagát (de minimum 5 rajzot, köztük legalább a helyszínrajz és az alaprajz munkaközi állapotát) a megosztott névre szóló Teams felületre feltölteni. A szigorlatozók által első nap éjfélig feltöltött munkaközi anyagokat a szigorlat szervezője letölti, ezzel ellenőrizve munkamenet szabályosságát.

8. A szigorlatozó második nap éjfélig a teljes tervdokumentációját feltölti a megosztott névre szóló Teams felületre. Amennyiben a feltöltés meghiúsul, abban az esetben a tervdokumentáció a tárgy felelősének emailben is elküldhető.

9. A dokumentáció fekvő A3-as formátumban készített pdf dokumentáció legyen, melynek tartalma a feladatkiírásban részletezésre kerül. A feltöltött PDF dokumentáció mérete nem lehet 45 MB-nál nagyobb.

10. A harmadik nap a doktorandusz titkár a terveket vetítésre előkészíti, letölti, és azok vetítését kezeli. Emellett vezeti a jegyzőkönyvet az előre elkészített formanyomtatvány szerint.

11. A jelenléti szóbeli bemutatás a harmadik napon 9:00-kor kezdődik a Teams felületen meghirdetett módon, és helyszínen, melynek végeztével a bizottság osztályzásra vonul vissza és eldönti a jegyeket.

12. A jegyeket a Középülettervezési Tanszék hivatalosan a NEPTUN rendszerben hirdeti ki.

The process of the complex examination

1. The Department of Public Building Design announces the venue of the next complex examination 5 working days before the start of the examination. You can find it on TEAMS channel.

2. Before the examination the Teams interface is prepared for the registered examinees, which provides a location for the uploads, thereby inviting the students to cooperate.
The examinees may ask their questions later on by using the questions-answers document placed here.

3. The entire notice is announced on the Teams interface created for the complex examination on the starting day of the examination.

4. On the first day of the seminar, the Department of Public Building Design will hold a briefing at 8:00 a.m. via a video conference on the Teams website, for which an invitation will be issued the day before. Identities will be checked, with the help of the photographic identification presented by the students, explaining the course of the examination.

5. On the first day of the complex examination the students may ask questions until 10:00 in writing using the questions-answers document.

6. Following this the Department of Public Building Design answers the questions by 12:00 in Hungarian and, if necessary in English.

7. The students taking the complex examination are obliged to upload the work completed up to then by midnight of the first day (but a minimum of 5 drawings, including the current status of the general plan and the ground plan) to the shared personal Teams interface. The organiser of the complex examination downloads the interim work uploaded by the examinees by midnight of the first day, thereby checking that the work process is proceeding in accordance with the regulations.

8. By midnight of the second day the examinees upload the entire plan documentation to the shared personal Teams interface. In the case uploading fails, the plan documentation may be sent by e-mail to the subject host.

9. The documentation should be a landscape format A3 pdf, the content of which is detailed in the task description. The pdf documentation can’t be bigger than 45 MB.

10. On the third day the Doctoral School secretary downloads the designs, prepares them for projection, and projects them. In addition, the secretary keeps the minutes according to the form prepared in advance.

11. The verbal presentation will start at 9:00 on the third day at the time and place announced on the Teams site, after which the committee will retire to grade and decide on the marks. The exam will be taken in person.

12. Grades are officially announced by the Department of Public Building Design in the NEPTUN system.
