University library

The plot that I chose is located on the university campus in Gödöllő. My goal was to reflect the contrast in my design that this place has: the noise of the city and the calm of the nature. I made groups of the spaces and arranged them into blocks. They create inner exterior spaces, which makes the place feel comfortable for the readers. Curves are really important in my concept: semi-circular study areas have been placed inside, and similar benches outside. Wood and glass surfaces change on the facade, which gives an insight to each blocks.
