Straggling children's house

An abandoned building is set on fire in the center of town. Skateboards clatter, cigarette smoke billows, distant music murmurs. All this is happening 5 minutes away from the town square and schools. Who should deal with this? Those, who cannot find their place in the world, cry out for help, and nobody hears them. A building + outdoor furniture complex will be created in the area, which, while respecting the characteristics of the environment, will propose additions to transform it into a home and a community. The two main problems with the area are that the park is used for transit rather than as a park, and that the stragglers who wander here find each other in harmful activities. Combining these issues, preserving the values of the existing and exploring the potential of the park, a complex has been created where everyone can find their place.
