The floor plan system of the building was developed based on two grid structures aligned with the scale and orientation of the surrounding residential buildings. The site's significant slope allowed for the creation of a continuous, flowing underground open space, from which the surface-level “cubes”, each with its own unique function, are accessed through vertical circulation cores. To ensure sufficient natural lighting, a sunken inner courtyard was designed, providing a safe playground for children. The cubes open towards the courtyard with glass façades, allowing parents to keep an eye on their children even while working. In contrast, the exterior façade facing the street is closed and clad in wooden panels.
