The dance house is designed as a stage within the city, with nearby landmarks forming its backdrop. The ground floor holds public spaces such as the lobby, cafeteria, and offices, highlighted by a central spiral staircase. The first floor has practice rooms, changing rooms, and a large dance studio with views of the basilica and castle. A side garden connects to the building and can be reached from both floors. On the roof, an outdoor theatre with a sloped design brings natural light into the hall below and provides seating for open-air performances, making both the street and rooftop part of the audience experience.
