Designed for an elongated, sloping site in Aszód, the auditorium is a large, striking building; yet, features such as the roof terrace, abundant vegetation, and partial embedding into the ground lend it a sense of lightness. The building is divided into three sections: the primary function (the auditorium) and its ancillary facilities are located on the lower level; offices occupy the second floor; and the third floor houses a pleasant refreshment area, a snack bar, and a small outdoor stage. With a capacity of over 100 people, the auditorium is suitable for hosting concerts and theatrical performances. The main entrance faces almost directly toward the Aszód Castle. The artists' entrance is tucked away in a cave-like setting, ensuring that attention remains focused on the monumental main entrance. The rigidity of the exterior textured stone cladding is balanced by the clean, uncluttered interior spaces, green roofs, a roof garden, and semi-open areas featuring louvered structures.
