Aviation-Oriented Forest School and Clubhouse

The character of the airfield is defined by its unique openness. The area is a popular meeting point for all ages, where visitors can experience the thrill of flight first-hand. Since active airfield functions are limited to weekends, school breaks, and favorable weather conditions, for most of the time, the local community and hikers take possession of the site. Responding to this duality, I have combined the renewal of the club with the integration of an aviation-themed forest school. The expansion of functions not only ensures the continuous utilization of the building complex but also offers a solution to the club's shortage of new-generation members: children visiting here gain an insight into the world of aviation, potentially becoming future club members. The design program is completed by a residential unit designed for the caretaker supervising the area and their family.
